Tenth Floor Launches New Branding and Website

CLEVELAND, Ohio, November 1, 2007 – Tenth Floor, a national interactive agency and content management software firm, announced the launch of their new brand identity and website, www.tenthfloor.com, which reflects the company’s history of growth and continuing strength.  The intent of the new website is to better serve Tenth Floor’s customers with an easy-to-use online property featuring intuitive navigation and streamlined content.

Tenth Floor’s new logo uses hues of cool blue and grey with hints of orange to give a clean, crisp and techy feel. It also includes a new tagline: “focused, passionate, smart” portraying the unique brand promise to their clients. “This is a quick way to communicate our commitment to our customers and is a reflection of how we approach our work – focused on our client’s business objectives, ready to get the job done right and bringing ideas and solutions to the table,” said Olivia Poggenpohl, Director of Marketing Strategy.

The Tenth Floor Branding and Website Revitalization Team, with Poggenpohl’s direction, zeroed in on defining the Tenth Floor brand by creating a customer-focused persona integrated with marketing strategy and client research. After analyzing current website analytics, Tenth Floor identified three primary messages to create user paths where potential and current clients quickly access the information they need in just a few clicks.

“We produce award winning, progressive websites every day for our customers.” said Tony Pietrocola, President of Tenth Floor. “We needed to take a step back and do the same thing for ourselves. The new website and branding is something that we hope our customers can look at and say ‘Help us create that!’”  

The new branding and design theme is also carried over into Tenth Floor’s collateral pieces. Everything, from business cards to coffee mugs to signage, has been re-designed to bring Tenth Floor’s new identity full-circle.
