Email notifications are sent whenever new appointments are created and the agenda for the meeting can be listed as a note. BASE-10 integrates with Microsoft Exchange to make your current organizational calendaring web based.

News / Announcements / Events:
Announce the latest company and departmental news such as sales reports, special meetings, new customers, press releases, etc. With BASE-10 you can create an announcement, establish a start date, select an end date and let BASE-10 take care of the rest.

Knowledge Base + FAQ’s:
The Knowledge Base is an interactive, collaborative online application that allows your organization to add useful information thus reducing the dependency by staff, to seek out people to get answers to their questions. BASE-10 allows for staff to email the Knowledge Base and ask questions. The Administrator will be notified of the incoming question and then they will have the ability to answer the question and post it to the Intranet to begin building the online Knowledge Base. The Knowledge Base administrator will have the ability to post each question and answer to the web site continually building the online knowledge base and providing staff with an online technical help desk that can answer their questions and provide them the ability to ask questions that have not been answered.

Mass Communications:
Stay in communication with all members of the organization through the e-newsletter module built within BASE-10.
