(CLEVELAND) Tenth Floor, the developer of BASE-10 Content Management Software, added two new members to their national accounts team: Scott Moss and Rick Roades. Scott Moss was added as Director of Business Development in the Cleveland office and Rick Roades was added as Product Manager in the Minneapolis office.
