Tenth Floor company likes second-floor spot

It would be only natural to assume that a company called Tenth
Floor
would be on a 10th floor. But that assumption would be
wrong.
"We have never been located on the 10th floor of any building," admits
Tony Pietrocola, Tenth Floor's president. "We're a technology company,
and the 10' represents the ones and zeroes of the binary system. We
also strive to be a top 10' company."
Tenth Floor, a company involved in Web site design and online
branding,
occupies a second-floor loft at East Fourth Street and Prospect Avenue
in Cleveland. The 4,200-square-foot space was selected for its
wide-open floor plan, enormous windows and room for expansion. But it
was the location that clinched the deal.
"We wanted to be a part of the burgeoning tech scene taking place
around East Fourth Street," Pietrocola explains. "This block has so
much energy."
Seated at Herman Miller workstations, Tenth Floor employees have clear
views of The Q, Jacobs Field and the never-ending parade of
pedestrians
along East Fourth Street.
"It's so nice to be able to meet clients for a drink and then shoot
over to a Cavs or Indians game," adds Pietrocola. "Our clients love
coming down here."
