Tenth Floor Expanding Locally and Nationally
(Cleveland, OH) -- May 16, 2007 -- Tenth Floor, a national interactive marketing and content management software company, announced today that Balajee Thangavelu has joined the company as Chief Technology Officer. The firm also hired Olivia Poggenpohl as Director of Marketing Strategy and added four additional positions at Tenth Floor. Thangavelu brings with him extensive experience in information technology and programming. At Tenth Floor, he will be responsible for providing technology direction for the company and its clients, leading and managing the production team, standardizing Tenth Floor’s practices and processes, and identifying new business opportunities. Most recently, Thangavelu worked at Broadvox where he was the Director of IT Development. He has also served in related positions at Progressive Insurance and General Electric. “We are thrilled Balajee has joined the firm,” said Tony Pietrocola, Tenth Floor’s President. “His knowledge and leadership will be invaluable as we grow our firm locally and nationally.” Olivia Poggenpohl was appointed as the Director of Marketing Strategy. A marketing expert and strategist, Poggenpohl will work closely with existing clients and prospective clients and assist Tenth Floor with its outward marketing efforts. Poggenpohl headed her own marketing firm for nine years. Prior to forming her own company, she worked at Inacom Corporation and Bozell Worldwide. Tenth Floor also named the following to new positions: Heather Maryo, PMP, Senior Interactive Project Manager. A marketing and Web specialist, Maryo has nearly 10 years experience, and has worked on Web marketing projects for KeyBank and National City Bank. Audrey A. Buchina, Web Application Developer. Buchina worked at Cox Consulting as a Web Programmer and served as Lead Programmer/Analyst at GE Consumer Products. Lehel Horvath, Web Developer. Horvath has been a software consultant and contractor since 1999, working exclusively in the Microsoft environment. Lisa Kotasek, Interactive Project Manager. Her expertise has served companies such as Uponor, Inc., Fortis Financial Group and Cemstone Products Company.
