Functionality and User Interface Notes
- Developer workflow: Admin users can now move content through a workflow with one click
- Page Preview: Preview the most current saved version of a page
- Commenting: Page notes and comments can be created by content editors (similar to MSWord commenting)
- E-marketing dynamic distribution lists: Create distribution lists from existing BASE-10 recipients by defining sets of rules based on recipient data
- E-marketing recipient management: Enhanced recipient management allowing for bulk actions such as delete or move to new distribution lists to be performed on multiple recipients at one time
- “Save and new” button: Reduce the number of steps between saving and creating a new item
- Image thumbnail preview: Choose to view image thumbnails in the Image management module
- Detailed user account history: View last login at user profile screen
- Workflow detail: User name added to workflow history detail
- Enhanced folder permission management: Inherit permissions from parent folder
